Zula has perfected burger simplicity with a tiny menu mainly dedicated to the burgers. The only options other than burgers are hot dogs and seasoned & regular fries.
The chefs of Zula know how to cook tasty burgers for sure. I can never take a decent photo here as this burger is impossible to savor slowly. Personally, I'd go for the basic one with 100gr meat, cheddar, caramelized onion, pickle relish and truffle mayo. However, sometimes one does not feel like that is enough since they are really delicious and dripping with flavour. Even if you are not so hungry, you can skip or share the fries to save more space in your stomach for the burgers.
Zula has 5 locations: one in Emaar Mall, one in Zorlu Mall, one in Kanyon Mall, one in Vadi Istanbul and the other in Harbiye. Sometimes, the only reason I'd like to visit Emaar Mall is honestly Zula. Please remember that Zula is a little eatery, so it is not always possible to find a seat immediately. I can generally find a spot whenever I visit the one in Emaar, but never in Zorlu Mall on the weekends. It's a matter of chance when it comes to the branch in Harbiye. I have never been to the ones in Kanyon and Vadi Istanbul.
