Viewpoint
When I was younger, I used to come here for the sunset with my friends, a blanket and a couple of bottles of some strong spirit to spend several hours and then, when the bottles were empty, we would descend to the Podol district and go to a nightclub.
This is not a popular viewpoint. Not every local knows it. It is hidden behind old brick garages at the courtyard of a small apartment building. When you get to the courtyard - go down where you see garage rooftops and then turn right. At a first sight it's a dead end, but if you look closer - you'll see a narrow passage between the walls. Go there then a bit through the woods and soon you will see a wonderful city view almost 360 degrees wide. Never mind that it's an industrial part of the city even then it's a nice view over the horizon and a very quiet place.
P.S. Beware of the witches :).
