Bilyy Nalyv seems to be just another fast food spot on first sight, but its concept is a little bit different. Located on Kreshchatyk str, Bilyi Nalyv is a one euro bar and cider pub. The spot offers a limited menu to fixed prices which are not higher than 1 euro for a dish/drink. In Bilyi Nalyv you can eat hotdogs, oysters and pies and drink cider and Ukrainian home-made alcoholic drink named nalyvka.
The concept is relatively new and unknown in Kyiv, so don’t be surprised if you see a crowd near Bilyi Nalyv. The spot is really well located, because everyone goes to Kreshchatyk. Besides that, it’s really convenient: you may have to wait for your turn, but not for your food, which will be served within 5 minutes from your order.
I like to go to Bilyi Nalyv in the early morning or at night when there are not too many people there. But meeting people while waiting is pretty fun, too!
