Urban Space 500 has an interesting idea. 500 people from Kyiv donated a fixed sum of money each and this place was founded. But there is more - they spend most of their profit on social projects and improving the city infrastructure. I personally know a couple of people who took part in this “crowdfunding” and to tell the truth, it’s a pity that I found out about this project too late, otherwise I would also like to join.
Long story short, I like coming here in the morning. They have quite big windows, and during your breakfast, you can see the light of the rising sun. A great way to start your day in the city center. It goes without saying that they have a special menu for breakfast dishes. My favorite is the cottage cheese pancakes with vanilla cream. Overall such a dish is very common as a breakfast variant, but here way of serving is very unique.
Since it is not an ordinary restaurant, they often arrange social events, presentations or meetups (check their Facebook page). However, the venue itself is quite big, so you almost always could find some quiet place there.
