Looking for a place to have a few beers (maybe a coffee if you consider some parts of the day too early for a beer) and to catch a glimpse of your favorite sport event, this is a place to be. Great beer (draught or bottled) with mandatory peanuts and great staff will make you want to come to Freaky's Pub again.
The interior is typical pub-like, organized in such a way that you are able to keep an eye on your favorite team from every corner of the pub while sitting comfortably on a big, dark brown and British green wooden stool and talking to your friends over a beer.
During the day, different people (from their early twenties to late forties) come here just to hang out, but for me the perfect time to come is for an after-work drink or in the evening. You can rest assured there'll be some kind of event on Friday and Saturday evenings, whether it's an acoustic r'n'r gig, silent disco night with DJ or just a regular night with classical and ex-yu rock 'n' roll and pop hits. And as expected, that's when it becomes really crowded but somehow it doesn't matter because the atmosphere is great. During Oktoberfest, they organize a tribute event, with decorations, traditional costumes, grill and a loads of beer.
Despite the fact that it's located in the city center, just around the Marriot Hotel at Skenderija, Freaky's is as locals as it gets.
