What I love about this spot is that it represents Sarajevo in its more general meaning.
It truly is a place where cultures meet.
Throughout history and until today, the impact all people who've ever come here have left is visible and registered in its identity.
On this very spot, locals and tourists often take a break, a photo or a chat with a friend. On this spot, if you are lucky, some days there is an old man dressed in traditional clothes singing and playing popular traditional songs. Pure joy.
You can order a song and stand and listen. Such beautiful, almost free hedonism. That flashback in time makes meu wonder of the lives of those before me.
Different people, locals and tourists from all over the world... stepping on this sign makes you enjoy the differences and their beauty.
If you take a walk through the busy street of Ferhadija, take a break and enjoy this cool street mark.
