If you're into dancing, Tanssikoulu Fabrika is the place to go! Fabrika only teaches adults, but it doesn't matter whether you already know how to dance or don't know how to dance at all, they have classes for all skill levels! They have well seasoned professional teachers who teach all sorts of dance styles, such as Salsa, Hip Hop, (Street) Jazz, Commercial Dance and many more! You're sure to find a style that interests you!
Tanssikoulu Fabrika is a great solution for your dancing needs when you're staying in Tampere long-term. Fabrika does offer single lessons, known as 'Drop-In Tunnit', every week if you're only visiting, but the variation of dance styles taught is very limited. It varies per season so it is always worth it to check out their Drop-in-tunnit before planning a visit. But if you're staying in Tampere for at least three months, you might be interested in signing up for an 8-week Beginners course or Advanced course, or if you'd rather try out a style, you can sign up for a shorter, 4-week Starter course. The classes are given mainly in Finnish, but the teachers can also speak, or at least repeat the instructions in English, upon request.
I myself, have been attending Fabrika's Advanced course for Hip Hop this season, and I can surely say that it's loads of fun! It might be difficult at times, but it is a good weekly workout, and I get to discover new music too!
