As eating is one of my favourite down-time activities, I am always looking for new restaurants where I can go. Luckily, The Hague’s Denneweg is full of great restaurants, including Tapas Bar Limón. If I’m in the mood for some Mediterranean goodness, Limón is my go-to spot.
They have both warm and cold tapas on their menu, which are equally good in my opinion. They recommend about 3 tapas dishes per person, but of course, if you are in the mood for more than that, feel free to go nuts on that menu. The albondingas, gambas al ‘pil-pil’ and the patatas con all-i-oli are my favourite tapas dishes here. However, if you are not in the mood to share, feel free to opt for one of the regular sized main dishes which are just as good.
Naturally, dinner at Limón has to be combined with a carafe of delicious sangria. Finish your meal with crema catalana and you will leave the restaurant already planning your next visit.
