Due to the renovations of the Binnenhof (the complex where the Dutch parliament normally takes seats), it is currently closed. However, to provide an opportunity to view the Binnenhof, they constructed a viewpoint next to it.
It is a bright yellow tower with approximately 10 flights of stairs. The entrance is free, but there is a limit on the number of people who can be in the tower simultaneously, so you might have to wait in line. There is no elevator, so you have to walk the entire way up, but the view is lovely, as you can see the Binnenhof and the surrounding areas. There is also information on the history of the Binnenhof.
The top of the tower might be a bit wobbly, but it is definitely worth a visit.

Cold starters like their baba ganoush or labneh are some of the best I have ever tasted. As for mains, choose between fish, meat and vegetarian dishes.
