Gino Banana looks like a regular pizzeria right at the front. Vegan pizzas are not very common yet in Valencia, so there is that. The menu has a few other options, including salads and all kinds of drinks. The staff is friendly, and it is kind of crowded most of the time. Nothing very special up to this point. But then, the surprise comes.
The idea behind the pizza thing is to be tried to be believed, and here is the catch: you pay 3€ for a surprise mini pizza. No joke. You order at the counter, knowing you will get one of a few options, but you have no say on which one. They can be regular, veggie, or vegan.
Gino Banana has many organic options, including wine. And trust me, you should try it even if you are not a vegetarian.
To say this is a price-friendly place is an understatement. As I said, you will have to come to confirm it. The only downside I see is waiting time, if it's really crowded, you can spend a long time waiting for food. So, be prepared or come rather early, I say around 20:00h on a weekday.

One of my fondest memories of the city during summer is sitting by their giant-red-plastic cone and cooling down while having a delicious treat.
