The picture is of Jericho Park East, which is home to quite a few festivals in the summer and a quiet place to reflect in the fall/winter seasons. It's part of the overall Jericho Beach Park, which is right across from the Jericho Garrison, owned by the Department of Defense.
This is a really beautiful park and has a multitude of places to just sit and have a picnic, watch the sports happening in the summer on the sports fields to the east and in the winter and fall it's a great place to walk or bike around.
I like it mainly because it's off the beaten path and when there isn't a festival it tends to be very peaceful, with a pond, trees and a small beach over looking the water. A nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being in the city.
