Some places just have to be themselves. It is not another pizza place to grab your takeaway from. La Fontana is an authentic, sincere place. This little ristorante found its spot once, started feeding locals homemade Italian dishes and was loved. The owner is, so to speak, a "one-man orchestra" who runs his place, offering great service and a tasteful menu.
Obviously, there is a fountain right in front of the cafe. The espresso you will order is going to be straight from Napoli. While waiting for your order, you and your family will have some board games to play. And the waiter might come to your table and ask whether you would like to order something that has just been cooked.
I advise having thin crunch pizza or their usual huge bolognese full of natural flavours. Then try homemade gelato or chocolate zucchini bread. But be aware — all portions are enormous!
