Downtown Vancouver is a mecca of amazing food trucks. Around lunch hour on weekdays, you’ll start to see the corporate folks roll out of their offices to line up for a quick and hearty meal - especially at Superbaba.
Superbaba has the best falafel I’ve ever tasted. Every chance I get, I’ll “forget” my lunch just to go there and indulge in a delicious meal. And I’m not the only one: my entire office has an obsession with the food truck and we’ll go on Superbaba runs at least once or twice a week. A piece of advice: you know a food truck is frequented by locals if the line is longer than you’re generally willing to wait in.
They have multiple different protein options for any vegetarians out there and the falafel meal is dairy free as well. You can order your meal as a platter or in a “sandwich” (more like a wrap) and the quantity of food is plenty for a hungry traveler.
