Since my trip to Portland Oregon I have searched endlessly for a coffee that is as good as Stumptown Coffee Roasters. I've finally found it at Platform 7.
Platform 7 coffee shop serves up fantastic coffee brewed every way possible. Whether you want an Espro (Vancouver coffee innovation), a pour over or a siphon, they have it all. Platform 7 uses fantastic coffee beans that they bring in by the case from Portland Oregon. That's right, they bring in cases of..... Stumptown Coffee Roasters! I have finally found my coffee shop that is just as good as, if not better than, Stumptown.
The coffee shop itself is a fabulous place to hang out. The decor has been meticulously modeled after a classic train station with plenty of cast iron details. The ceiling is also beautiful but I deliberately excluded it from the picture so if you want to take it all in you are going to have to go grab a coffee at Platform 7.
