Have you ever wondered what would happen if someone took an old warehouse and made it look like a modern monastery and then put a brewery in it? Apparently Postmark Brewing wondered this exact thing and they acted on it. The facilities that house this eatery/tasting room are awe-inspiring. From the 18-foot double door entry to the glass and wood detailing, this structure is a masterpiece.
Once I entered the building (and regained the ability to speak) I ordered some snacks and a stout. The food and the beer are fantastic! Don't expect huge servings of food but small artisan plates with lots of flavor. The selection of beer and wine is at times overwhelming but I really like the staff here, they are all friendly and eager to help you find the right beverage for you.
I recommend coming here for a snack, a beer and the opportunity to sit and enjoy the fine detail and craftsmanship that has been put into making this building truly a landmark place to be.
