Quick Nickel Clothing Vancouver

About me I was born and raised in Quebec. I like to believe that I have an artistic soul, which led me to study Fine Arts as well as Makeup Artistry for TV & Film. I moved to British Columbia for a 9-month teaching contract in 2014, but never left. ""Quick Nickel Clothing" in Vacouver perfectly satisfies my savvy side when it comes to buying discounted clothing and fashion items. What a steal!"

I enjoy going to English Bay a lot and I often wander around on my way there or back. That's how I found The Quick Nickel!

It is conveniently situated on the corner of Davie and Denman Street. Curious from what I saw in the window, I went inside. The staff was welcoming and chatty. I found some everyday clothing brands that I like, all on sale, probably from last season. There's also a rack with additional discounts on the sale prices. I love that!

I am a little "savvy" when it comes to fashion and clothing. I rarely buy brand new or full price clothes because I know how lucky I am to have as much as I do. I, therefore, love stores like this, with brands that I recognize from the mall (Vero Moda, Only or Jacqueline De Yong for example) with a good price. I don't feel as guilty spoiling myself when heading to the beach, especially when I can find some steals around $20 CAD!

I talk a lot about myself and women fashion, but they also have a men options (Jack & Jones and Only and Sons, for example) at this little place. And swimsuits! And tuques! And hats! And scarves!

My personal recommendations are the black sesame and earl grey croissants as they are pretty unique and not flavours you will find everywhere.

A hidden colourful hangout spot

Benches to sit on and watered plants show that Fun Alley was designed as a place for people to hang out, not just a place to glance at and keep going.
