Most of us discovered Praxitelous Hall a few years ago when Praxitelous bar was added into the nightlife of Athens. Since then, we started to discover this amazing hall which was built between the years 1936 and 1937 by Mr. Pouskolos Odysseas.
For many years it was abandoned and full of trash and dust, but right now is one of the hippest places in Athens. Especially since Anana, a colorful new trendy cafe, opened on the ground floor, all the hip girls and boys of the city are visiting number 33 on Praxitelous Street.
33 Praxitelous Hall is also an archtectural gem! It is also lively here, since old people work there, such as οld-fashioned tailors who sell their cashmere or a sculptor that lives there since 1989.
So while you are wondering at the streets around the "commercial triangle" of Athens, take a break and enjoy a coffee or snack in this amazing hall.
And please don't forget to look up to see its amazing dome!
