The healthy-minded and the vegetarians flock to this little gem tucked away on a small Geneva street in Eaux-Vives. And with good reason: it’s one of the only times you’ll walk out of a restaurant feeling lighter than when you came in! On a typical weekday at lunch, the small space quickly fills up with climate-change-conscious couples, friends and colleagues playing catch-up in rushed hushes over their lunch break. You guessed it, this is the place to stop by if you’re hankering for your avocado toast, hummus bowls and quinoa salads, almost any of which can be “augmented” with a serving of animal proteins (if that’s the kind of thing that tickles your pickle). Although in times of COVID you can’t eat on location, it’s still a great place for take-away to sit by the lake nearby.
But its bread and butter, as it were, is its juice bar. Don’t hesitate for a second before ordering their signature shot, a blend of lemon, organic ginger and curcuma with a dash of pepper. You can also have it warm, the shot lengthened in a pool of hot water. Perfect to fight off that cold you’re nursing.
Pro tip: this spot is also open for breakfast!
