Located just 5 minutes on foot from Geneva main train station Gare Cornavin in Paquis district, Sen is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant I just love.
I went there the first time for a dinner with colleagues and I was highly impressed by the deliciousness of the food and the kind attitude of the waiters.
Their “nems” (Vietnamese spring rolls) are superlative, as are their pho soups. They’re absolutely not to be missed, probably their best seller!
This heart-warming wisely spiced soup, with noodles and beef in a super tasty thick broth will warm up your soul and… your body too! It’s pure food orgasm! Even for someone like me, who is normally not a big fan of soup.
And if you are not in the mood for soup, don’t worry, many other options are available for you: one of my favourites is the lemongrass chicken served with rice papers, so you can roll your own rice crepes. Very entertaining!
Also remarkable are the desserts, especially the yam compote and the banana tapioca… simply yummy!!
And if you are coming during the spring or summer season, you can enjoy the lovely food on their nice outdoor terrasse.
