Best pies in town
When I think about Nikolay, there's only one word that comes to my mind - cozy. It is always surprising how uncrowded it is, despite its location in the center, not far from the metro station (“Universytet”). So, I firstly come here to have a nice conversation with a close friend or a romantic talk on a date, and then comes the food.
However, don’t get me wrong, the food here is also very good. The pies are amazing. You have savory and sweet ones, as well as seasonal variants. One of my best probably would be the chicken with pepper.
It is a great place if you want to combine your lunch or just eat something with an hour or two of work with a laptop. Maybe even their local cat that lives inside will become interested in you and sit nearby :). She is very cute and often, the same as me, we like to watch on the busy street from the inside, where time flows slower.
