Harmonija is a versatile eatery that offers coffee, pastry, pizzas, sandwiches, tortillas, local specialties and various desserts. There are two Harmonija bakeries in Podgorica; one is located in City Kvart, and the one about which I am writing is located in the close vicinity of the Law and Economy faculties, as well as the shopping centre Palada and police station. Therefore, a lot of people either drink their morning coffee or have a meal there anytime during the day.
For me, Harmonija was and still is one of the most affordable eateries in Podgorica, since you get a lot in portions compared to the price. Their sandwiches are probably the main thing that I adore, since they come in many shapes and different ingredients which makes it a bit hard to choose from. My personal favourites are chicken sandwich in Bavarian bun, but don't miss out on their special German sausage sandwiches which will suit you great.
This spot is favourite among students, and truthfully, I can see why.

Their outside area is perfect both during the day and night because you can just chill overlooking the river while having a coffee or a beer.
