As they say themselves, this is the true heart of culture in Podgorica.
KIC Budo Tomovic is a public institution focused on organizing cultural and informational events. Usually they have something going on every night, from theatre shows, concerts, book promotions, etc.
My favorite thing about this place is that they often organize movie nights. Usually, they have two movie events per month. One is organized in cooperation with some embassy, so they show a couple of movies from other countries, and the other is usually dedicated to some film genre, actor, director, etc. These movie screenings are held in the small hall on the left side of the entrance. The hall itself is really nice and charming -- very small and with old-fashioned tick red seats.
This place is almost never crowded. I like it because it gathers only those people who are really interested in what is being shown. So, if you are more into this kind of movie instead of popcorn and blockbusters, check their website or Facebook page prior to coming.
