Izumi has quality Japanese dishes, great customer service and is price-friendly. It doesn't get much better than that. Maybe this: It's an informal and cool place where we have always felt welcomed and relaxed. Also, it is the best sushi I have had in Valencia.
It is always a good sign if the delivery service is up and running the entire time you are there, it seems that lots of other people agree with your choice. I prefer coming to eat in person instead of doing takeout; freshly cooked meals are always best.
The menu will not disappoint, as you can imagine by now: makis, sashimi, nigiris, tatakis, salads, rice appetizers, chicken teriyaki and every sushi roll you can think of. They love to innovate with new flavors and different combinations too, and my favorite one right now is crunchy salmon roll. If you can't decide on one option, have one of their combos. Another great thing? Portions are enough, and you will exit the restaurant feeling not hungry at all, even after having one of their mochis for dessert.
