Yolks is Vancouver's goto breakfast joint. Having expanded their food truck into a commissary and a restaurant they have created a uniquely delicious breakfast oasis. Yolks offers a diverse range of tantalizing breakfast dishes that include divine creations like the croque madame, rib eye steak sandwich and their "choose your own adventure" eggs benedict. On more than one occasion I have had Yolks for both breakfast and lunch because I enjoy their food so immensely. The founder of Yolk's is a Vancouver chef of 20 years and having seen an obvious need for a breakfast eatery that would absolutely baffle the taste buds he founded Yolks.
Whatever direction you take your Yolks breakfast make sure that it includes the hollandaise sauce. The hollandaise sauce at Yolks is the best I have ever had, it is perfectly balanced and incredibly delicious. Actually lets take it a step further, when you go to Yolks you need to try the hollandaise and the Truffle-Lemon hash browns.
PS - It was not easy to avoid cracking breakfast related yolks...
