During the day, they serve coffees and even foods, but to me this is the perfect spot to go for a cocktail. Sure you can get any drink you want, but I think it's a pity to have such great mixologists around you and not take advantage of it! Seeing them working is hypnotic. While there, I can barely take my eyes off of them and how they mix seasonal ingredients with different kinds of ice and alcohol. Because of that, I always try to sit at the bar, and I highly recommend it so you can watch the bartender behaving like an alchemist, preparing any of the original cocktails they make. Some of them should be “drunk” using a fork and knife!
Believe me: few things are more appropriate to finish a busy day than a great negroni and some good jazz music.
