Sometimes it seems like your body waits until you are on holiday to let you know that maybe you haven't been doing everything as you should. Your back starts hurting after a day walking or cramped in a plane and you don't know what to do. If in Rotterdam, you might treat yourself to a yoga lesson. Believe me: you will wish you could keep coming back to this studio.
YogaGround was one of the places where I first felt at home when I arrived to Rotterdam. It's a young, sleek studio with a carefully taken care of ambience. They even have a dog. And all of the instructors are curious, kind and wonderful. If you have a longer stay in the city, it's easy to find a program that is good for you. If you are here only for a few days, look into their website and I'm sure you will find something that might look interesting. Don't expect very classic yoga: what they do is a wonderful mixture (in my view) of fitness, yoga and mindfulness. All with a wonderful urban touch.
